International Association of Neurorestoratology (IANR) 2018
Invitation from the Conference Chair
Dear Friends of IANR,
I am very pleased to welcome you to the 11th IANR Meeting which, for the first time, will be held in the United States. I especially am glad to be able to share the beautiful campus and hospitality of Rutgers University with you.
We are making plans for an exciting conference featuring outstanding plenary speakers and panels which will provide the opportunity for more detailed presentations, questions, and discussion. The program also will include a special evening of entertainment and optional tours of the campus. Details for personal trips to New York City will be provided.
IANR is unique in its focus on translational medicine and its exposure to clinicians and researchers from around the world. Every year we learn about new examples of translational medicine and meet colleagues who are working to bring potential treatments to people.
We look forward to welcoming you to New Jersey.

International Association of Neurorestoratology
The International Association of Neurorestoratology (IANR) is a coordinated international effort to improve basic and clinical research in neurorestoratology and enhance scientific exchanges among scientists from many countries. IANR seeks to break down barriers between basic and clinical medicine, make direct connections among people in the field, and shorten the process from bench to bedside. IANR reflects the current idea of international translational medicine and transferring the achievements from basic research into new clinical strategies for the benefit of people.
IANR was founded in 2007 by past president Dr. Hongyun Huang and continues to host an annual conference in locations around the world. This conference provides a forum for researchers and clinicians from Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas to discuss recent advances in neural regeneration, protection, and restoration. Subjects include: tissue engineering, bioengineering, regenerative medicine, cell therapies, neurorehabilitation, neuromodulation, neuroprostheses, neurorestorative pharmacotherapy, and other related subjects.
Welcome to the 2018 IANR Conference. We hope to see you in New Jersey, USA.
