New Approach To Substance Abuse
Numbers are rising and headlines proclaim that substance abuse is reaching epidemic proportians. Researchers are exploring new solutions to this growing problem. October RU-WINS Speaker Dr. Danielle Dick is a leader in this field.
At noon on Friday, October 14th, Dr. Dick will present The Genetics of Substance Use Disorders: Novel Approaches to Identify Genes and Develop Tailored Prevention/Intervention. The lecture is in person at the W. M. Keck Center Conference Room and also on Zoom.
Dr. Dick is a professor of Psychiatry at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Director of the Addiction Research Center at Rutgers, and holds the Greg Brown Endowed Chair.
